Refund & Cancellation Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is processed. Refunds are applicable only for successfully cancelled orders, subject to a cancellation fee.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only from the “My Account” section on our website before the order status is marked as “Processed”.
Once an order has started processing, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
No Return Policy
Due to the nature of our herbal products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns once an order has been placed, processed, shipped, or delivered.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for successfully cancelled orders.
A ₹50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the order amount before processing the refund.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Orders that have already started processing
- Orders that have been shipped or delivered
- Cancellation requests made after processing begins
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
